Keco City Development Group (Keco) has started construction on its $145 million Seymours Residences mixed-use project, comprising 112 prestige apartments at the gateway to Chatswood and Roseville, a blue-chip North Shore location in Sydney.
Leading architectural practice BVN has intuitively designed the beautifully crafted project, championed by Marchese Partners International who will deliver the vision. The seven storey development features a mix of apartments types and five commercial spaces on the ground level spanning 1,846 sqm with a total GFA of 11,750 sqm (residential and commercial). Eight manicured gardens intertwine with the building, complemented by two roof top gardens on level five featuring BBQ and sharing facilities.
Ceerose has been appointed to build the project. Edward Doueihi, Managing Director of Ceerose comments.
“Seymours Residences prime location and visionary design will ensure it becomes a prominent landmark development straddling two of Sydney’s North Shore suburbs. Approximately 1,000 workers will be employed during the construction phase. Demolition recently started and the main work is expected to commence this month. Over the past two decades, the Ceerose name has become synonymous with constructing boutique residential buildings that epitomise luxurious living.”
Sergio Spagnuoli, General Manager at Keco City Development Group said,
“Seymours Residences paves the way for future developments with its focus on quality materials and attention to detail, while connecting to nature through its extensive manicured gardens irrigated by harvested water. It is designed for tomorrow with solar panels providing clean energy, electric vehicle chargers in the basement carpark and a cloud-based building management system, giving a glimpse of where Keco is setting its direction for the future.”
